Organization Settings

The Settings page lets you view and manage basic information about your organization.

General Information​

Organization Name​

This is the name of your organization as it appears across the Reactional dashboard. You can update it at any time and click Save to apply the change.

Organization Information​

Organization ID​

This is a unique identifier assigned to your organization by Reactional. It’s used internally to identify your organization and may be required when contacting support or troubleshooting issues. The Organization ID cannot be changed.

Total Members​

Displays the total number of members currently in your organization.
